Now let’s get going.
For this workout, you’ll perform Just 4 exercises in circuit fashion.
One for each of the four functional movements we mentioned earlier, slam, swing, jump and run.
You’ll perform 10 reps of each exercise.
Once all 4 exercises are complete, that’s the end of round 1.
Your goal is to complete 10 rounds in the shortest time possible, so you should keep your rest times as quick as possible!

Exercise #1: Med Ball Slam
Just pick the ball up overhead and slam it down as hard as you can using head-to-toe power and momentum! 10 fast, hard reps.
Exercise #2: Kettlebell Swing
Grab a kettlebell between your legs, keep your chest up and back straight, swing your hips back then drive forward raising the bell in front of you. Use your hip drive to swing the weight, not your arms - your arms are just along for the ride. Be powerful with these aiming to raise the weight to shoulder height.
Exercise #3: Box Jumps
Use a plyo box or platform above knee height - squat down and jump onto the box with head-to-toe power and momentum - then step back down and repeat. Aim to be light on your feet and use full body explosiveness. Keep your speed up and push hard for these.
Exercise #4:
Finally we’ll finish off with a fast, 20m sprint. One rep on this one equals one 20m length, so you’ll sprint down & back 5 times to finish this one off and wrap up the round!
