=Do more push-ups without getting tired already so for push-ups they are a really good exercise to Target the chest and triceps and the good thing is you can do it anywhere you got to just remember what what muscle groups do you want Target you want to Target mainly to triceps do you want to Target the the chest guy so if you want to Target the tricep what you want to do closer grip really focus squeezing us triceps at the top and just really focusing on their triceps so if you want to work the chest just like this for the triceps is still going to work the chest a little bit but it's one more chest what you going to do is have your arms maybe little bit wider and then you're going to squeeze your chest while you're doing it and really concentrate on the chest okay so so really you better leave you want to pretend like you're trying to bring your arm closer together and squeeze your chest that's going to really work your chest So not only got that out of the way what muscle groups do you want to Target how to do work do right off the bat you know maybe you can get 30 which is good but if you want to be able to do more you got to know change it up not just you the same maybe you're doing like 20 20 reps of 3 sets or 4 sets or more than that whatever you want to ask for some more time under tension so what that means is either you add more way to what you doing and really challenged yourself more that's going to help you do more you challenge yourself to do more more weight you know put like a have somebody put on like a 45 pound in your back and you 20 and then when you take that off you're going to be able to do more obviously he filled it up so that's the first step is our resistance if you don't have a weight or if you don't have somebody to put a weight on you you can quit you can grab and you can get a band the link will be in the description for Amazon but it's basically hold you can hold the band or you can like put it on a rack if you have a rack or just hold the band like this and then put it on your back and I'm just doing my best to add resistance okay so another way to do more is time under tension is Centric Slow Down The Eccentric portion of the push-ups that looks like going slower on the way down
