
"It is crucial for us that the partners of the JCPOA abide by the obligations of the agreement," German Foreign Ministry spokesman Rainer Breul said at a news conference in Berlin on Friday.
"We call on Iran not to further aggravate the situation," he added.
Iran meanwhile continued to press Europe for a solution to sell its oil abroad following escalating US sanctions.
Iran's foreign minister on Friday defended his country's plan to take further steps away from the deal if Europe fails to provide a solution on reviving it.
He called the sanctions economic terrorism.
Breul said it wasn't too late for Iran to reverse course.
