Ingredients:
1 whole cauliflower
2 cup marinara sauce
1 cup diced mushrooms
1 diced green pepper
2 cups shredded marble cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 cup basil leaves
1tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp parsley flakes
Method:
1. Cut up cauliflower and add to food processor to shred it
2. Head up a pan on stove top and add shredded cauliflower, cook for 10 mins or until dry
3. Let cooked cauliflower cool down, then add to a mixing bowl
4. Add shredded parmesan cheese along with garlic powder, salt, and parsley flakes, stir well until all mixed together
5. Line a pizza pan and add the cauliflower mixture on top, form a pizza crust using hands
6. Bake on 400 degrees for 15 minutes
7. Take out and add sauce along with remaining toppings on the cauliflower crust
8. Bake for another 10 minutes
9. Serve hot
