1. Buy round roast and have your butcher slice it as thin as possible. Alternatively, purchase rouladen.
2. Lay on dehydrator. Don't even bother cutting it up or marinating.
3. Add salt (or other spices - pepper, turmeric, etc.)
4. Cook on high (or at 155 F) for 11 ish hours.
5. Store in the freezer.
6. Eat. Or eat with added tallow (or butter) and salt.

Canadian cheap one -
Canadian fancy one - (metal is probably a good idea rather than plastic tbh)
American cheap one -
American fancy one - (again this is a metal one - probably better)
