Freakish Lights Filmed Over Kerch In Crimea Have Left The Witnesses Bemused. August 23, 2019

This event was captured by three separate cameras and in the footage we see a group of lights hovering over the city of Kerch, Crimea but it in the last clip that we see these light break formation.
